Storage Rentals of America

Aweful! I rented a storage unit from Storage Rentals of America four days in advance so it would be available upon arrival. When I arrived, the company’s lock was still on the unit, preventing access. At the time of arrival, the property had not been plowed, creating difficult and unsafe conditions due to snow. As a result, I was left sitting in a U-Haul truck loaded with my belongings after driving from Florida, without access to the unit I had already paid for. I am from the area and currently rent multiple units at this same location. Over time, rates have been repeatedly increased, to the point where a 5x10 unit now costs approximately $140, which is not reasonable given the condition of the facility. There have been ongoing mechanical issues, including broken doors that have remained unrepaired for over a year. This facility has significant management, pricing, and maintenance issues. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Storage Rentals of America.

Great customer service whenever I call in for a question. I usually pay by cash a few months at a time. Whenever I visit the office to pay in person, Ashley is very courteous and attentive. She is quick to identify and take care of problems. I had to call for a broken facility door, and she was there in less than 15 minutes to get the issue under control. She is friendly and genuinely concerned for her customers' satisfaction. She will go out of her way to be sure you are happy with the facility and any billing issues that may occur.

Working with Deena was great! There was a small mix up on spots via the website that she took care of in the spot. She then took me back to the available spaces for storing my camper and let me choose which of the available spots worked best for me!
