Charged me an extra month in rent and are not getting back to me about refunding. Moved out because my rent doubled to over $200. Could not go after dark due to the homeless population living there

Ashlee was wonderful helping me get set up with a storage unit! She walked me out to the unit to make sure everything was good and even moved me to a better unit bc the door was a little harder to get open since I have a restriction. The unit was cleaned and ready for me to move in. Will always rent from Storage Rentals of America!

Price of our unit is more than double the price we signed at about a year later with the price still increasing monthly, units are frequently vandalized and then sit open for months. Don't waste your time or money
