I had a great experience working with Diane at Storage Rentals of America. She was professional, responsive, and took the time to walk through my concerns carefully. She made sure everything was handled properly and kept communication clear throughout the process. I also appreciate Angela, the District Manager, for reviewing my situation and helping reach a fair resolution. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that listens and works toward practical solutions. Thank you both for your professionalism and follow-through.

I moved from Arcadia, CA to New Orleans, LA due to the military. My wife and I traveled prior to my start date in order to find a house. Thankfully as we traveled around I saw Storage America off the highway and after seeing its exact location on the map and being climate control felt like the perfect spot. The woman working there was helpful and kind. She made the process very easy and got me a unit right away. I was able to have all my household items fit comfortably and room to spare. Thanks to Uncle Sam Moving Company for assisting me with unloading. I am very thankful to Storage Rentals. If I could I would continue my business with them, hopefully in the future.

No climate control, no pest control, my stuff got chewed on, pee and poop everywhere, had to throw 25% of my stuff away that got ruined. Everytime I came to either remove or n place things in there it felt like a sauna. And even though I had given proof of having rental insurance I was still being charged and had to resend proof showing that I have had renters insurance and wasn't refunded for what was taken. I have pictures of all the damage, the poop, and the rodents I had found. Never had this issue ever when it was Red Dot and I was with them for a few years before you guys took over. Over all not pleased with how things are conducted nor will I refer anyone to come here if anything warn others not to trust this place. I can't even replace some of the stuff that got ruined and cost a bit of money. Not to mention the door that you need a code to get in has been broken for months and I even called them about it. The pictures I have posted are some of the photos to show. I did bring it to their attention and the lady gave me a broom to clean out the rat poop and put 2 cheap rodent control bags at the front entrance of my unit. To those who are renting here please do a thorough check of your unit cause you might have bugs and rodents and don't expect them to do much on it. I wish I had nice things to say for them, but even when I gave them a heads up my date I was moving everything out apparently no one made note of it and I was called about my unit being open and completely empty 2x and was even being sent stuff to sign that hadn't been signed before hand and I had already closed my account with them. So heads up make sure you read everything before you sign and don't expect much from this place
