I would look elsewhere. The communication was awful where there is no manager onsite and it can take days to get through to someone. The roads throughout the entire place always have debris. I had a hole in my roof and water was leaking through it and they have to bring an external person in to repair it so they said I had to move to another unit. I ended up moving to a much better facility for a lesser price. I had requested to get my last month refunded back where I had only been a week in and it wasnt my fault I had to move. It also took me 2 days to move everything and I accrued cost for this. Virginia was supposed to ask her manager and get back to me and I never heard from her. This was all around not a good experience. The doors are also not sealed well so dirt and dust go into the units. The water running off of the roof was leaking from the gutter onto my lock and it was rusty. You have better options

The website was very easy to use and when I called on the phone, the lady answered all of my questions and stayed on the phone until we had competed the rental agreement. I highly recommend this organization to anyone needing a storage unit.

DO NOT RENT HERE BIG MISTAKE Very sorry I rented here online from another state. Homeless were living in the unit when I arrived with no employees on site to help, my movers had to clean out a camp in the unit before moving me in. The door is broken and I realized a week later that I can open the door with the lock on no problem so I called for help. The management did nothing to help me. They have been simply rude and came out to see my unit then said yes it is broken and there is NOTHING we can do to help you today. Left me standing in the parking lot. Then later said I can’t leave a car parked in front of my unit because I may block others. My door is completely unlocked and I paid $117 for a secure unit. This place is dirty dangerous and they don’t care about you at all. DO NOT RENT HERE Adding photos of broken door and trash from inside unit.
