Alexis is a very excellent supervisor and excellent communnication skills and just a great human being. I couldn't open door and she came again across town to help me. She is the best at her job

The whole process was convenient and very easy. I was able to make all the arrangements over the phone. The staff member I dealt with was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Since SROA took this property over, they have more than doubled rates(Went from $20 to $80). Rates went up and quality went down. There is no weed control in the summer so you have to walk through tall weeds to get access your outside storage. Snow removal in the winter isn't great either. I've also had ramps stolen on a trailer I stored in this facility. Now they are limiting what you can put in your outside storage spot that you pay for and require you to notify them if your outside item will be moved for more than 24hrs. If you want a clean, secure, affordable, low hassle storage facility I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I'm canceling my storage here after 5+ years of being a customer here.
