I had a billing error and reached out to Justina, the site manager for my storage unit in Peninsula, Oh. She was quick to respond to my vm message. She was very courteous and professional in our discussion. She told me she would investigate my concern and get back to me. I am happy to report that she got back to me before the end of the day and fixed my issue. I was very impressed with her and her customer service skills reflect very well on Storage Rentals of America.

This place is horrible. I’ve had multiple units here for the last two plus years. I’ve had water damage to the units. They don’t want to cover anything even though there’s mold in the units. Active water intrusion from not the ceiling/roof and under the garage door from the snow being piled in front of the door. You better bring your shovel and ice bags because you’re not going to be able to get into the unit if not. when they plow they push all the snow in from of the locker doors eliminating access or making it a 30+ min order to shovel your way into your unit. Then once the snow starts to melt, because they pile it in front of your units, it melts and all runs into your units but doing worry, they will deny and responsibility for damages and want you to use your insurance instead of theirs .They change the monthly rate frequently and you better know it, it’s never a lower rate only higher. I was paying $230-260 for 4-5 units and when I needed another unit I was told the rate was $130. Then I asked why over been paying so much they said they will donate reductions but only if the customer asks . I asked and have not been given the reduction. So I cancelled 3 lockers .im down to 2 and those will be emptied asap. The garage doors are barley functional you better pull with all your strength to open and close it . The place has been under construction for armrest 6 months. The “gate” is not operational anymore. You have to dirt a narrow dirt road to get in and out and the construction isn’t even in the building it’s on a different building. I just get to navigate through all their barrow debris’s ridden driveways, the construction guys trucks and machines are everywhere, making driving in and out very difficult . Save your money so anywhere but here. Unless you’re storing trash in your unit, don’t store here. Unless all the above sounds fun to you.

I noticed on my invoice the start date of my unit rental did not take advantage of the promotional offer at the time. I called and management was very accommodating and provided a credit. Very good customer service!
