Mrs Susan is a sweet lady if you need help with anything she is kind and humble and works very fast and efficiently to meet your needs. I wish there was a promotion I could give because as a business owner I’d hire her anytime to run my PR for sure. Susan thank you for being the best at what you do I know some days aren’t easy but the lords grace is sufficient for us that trust in him. Keep up the good work. 🙏🏾

Susan was great! I had a reservation ahead of time and she made it as quick as she could. I was here a total of maybe 12 minutes and had my unit. 3 minutes was me making a phone call to my husband. She was very kind and didn’t make me feel like a burden or rushed in any way. Great experience!

The property manager Ms. Susan was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to help me get everything done when the website wasn't working and I had called the call center twice and dealt with rude and unhelpful people. THANK YOU Ms Susan for all your help in a frustrating ordeal. 10/10 RECOMMEND
