I had a great experience at this storage facility thanks to Priscilla! She keeps the entire property very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and confident storing my things here. The units and surrounding areas are always neat and organized. Priscilla is also extremely helpful and patient—she took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process simple and stress-free. On top of that, she has such a kind and positive attitude that really makes a difference. It’s clear she truly cares about both the facility and the customers. I highly recommend this location because of her amazing service!

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Jean, the manager at the Riverview location. I have been a customer since the Metro Storage days and now with SROA, and the service has always been great. Recently, I was sick and recovering from back surgery, and Jean truly worked with me during that difficult time. He kept me informed about my balance and made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know. His professionalism, understanding, and willingness to help really meant a lot to me. Great place and location! Safe area to store all your valuable stuff. Ive been here for a couple years now and I never had a problem. Priscilla is such a sweetheart and so helpful! The rates here are unbeatable. I definitely recommend them!
