Jean was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy. I needed a unit on very short notice and he managed to get me exactly what I was looking for within about an hour. He even helped me find a great deal on the unit. Excellent customer service and very professional. Highly recommend working with Jean if you need storage.

Gene was awesome, he took the time to introduce himself as the new facility manager and inform me and three others of the changes that have been implemented. He got us all squared away and did not miss a beat. He was very helpful and extremely polite. Customer service like Gene’s is hard to come by nowadays. Your effort is greatly appreciated.
