Unfortunately, while this is a nice facility - its bait and switch. Your rental will go up at mock speed. This kind of surprise should have been disclosed. We started with this small 8x10 unit for $78 in 7/2024. By 11/2024 it was $94.00 (20% increase). By 2/2025 it was $122 (29.8% increase from $94). By 12/2025 we ended up at $183 (94.7% increase from $94). That is an overall increase of 134.6% in a year and a HALF! We cut our losses and got out! While emptying the unit, we ran into several other folks doing the same. Choose another company!

Great facility but beware of the advertised pricing. My units more than doubled in monthly cost within the 10 month period I had them.
