I had a really nice experience with this storage unit facility. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. The unit itself was clean, secure, and easy to access. I felt confident leaving my belongings there, and everything was well-maintained. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing extra storage

I give a 5 star for customer service from Stacy. She is always so helpful with a pleasant attitude whenever I call in and need assistance. I don’t really go to my unit much to comment on the facility itself, but everything was simple and easy when I started my rental. The only issue I had was the entrance gate being broken for some time.

I’m only giving this store 3 stars and not bashing it because I genuinely think the property manager is a great lady. She definitely listens and try to get your concerns handled quickly. I’ll reserve my feelings on the Blackstreet building and her manager ONLY because this lady went out of her way to fix my issue. She herself get 5+ stars and need a raise.
