Storage Sense - Bryan

My husband and I had to move out of a house that we were leasing when unexpectedly the entire air conditioning system inside and outside went out completely, and the bathroom had a second leak. Upon letting the owner know and waiting for someone to come and fix it after 3 weeks we knew we had to move out for the sake of our family knowing our daughter has bad asthma and gets nose bleeds when she gets over heated. Storage Sence came in handy with their first month free storage special they had going on, this special helped in so many ways it gave us a piece of mind knowing that our belongings were secured and that was one less obstacle we didn't have to worry about while getting into our new home. Storage Sence and their reps were a delight to talk to and deal with in our time of need, so I want to personally thank the storage sence family from the office ladies to their customer service phone reps, for being so kind and patient with myself and my family we will definitely be referring our family and friends to them. It was a smooth process. The storage unit was clean and accessible. The lady at the front desk was also super supportive and helpful. All in all, no complaints.

It was great! No bugs, even though it wasn’t temp controlled and all of the managers were very easy to talk to! Smooth move in and move out! 10/10 would recommend
