The Units Are A Mess. The Ceiling Is Falling Out In My Unit. I Cant Ever Get Anyone On The Phone Or In Office. My “Issue” Was “Escalated” 3 Times And I Still Didn’t Speak To Anyone. In The Winter They Plow The Snow Up In Front Of The Doors And You Can’t Access Your Belongings. Don’t Rent A Space With This Place !!

Update 12/27/2025 Received a phone call from Joshua from an unknown phone number which sounds kind of sketchy to me. Why would you not wanna leave me a phone number that I can call you back instead? You stay on your message to me that you will call me back shortly that call came in four days ago. I still have to receive a phone call back understood that the holiday fell in between though there’s mold all over my furniture Stuff was only there for six months. It’s about time. I put it on a review here your organization only put the $3000 limit of insurance on my personal belongings never mentioning that there was another threshold that I could’ve put the only asked do you want insurance and I said yes how much is it $15 a month? Yes, I will take it assuming that it would cover all the contents of my belongings Fast-forward 4 1/2 months later five months later or go there to take some of my stuff out and find mold on everything $30,000 worth of merchandise destroyed how are we gonna handle this situation? If you’re gonna call me leave a number to call you back at. Do not be shady. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable This was when I first took the unit back in March 2025. since then much has occurred. The review is coming very soon. I am putting this right now in hopes that Storage Sense sees this they know the situation I’m having hopefully they will come to their senses and make good on what we have going on if not a full story is coming. I’d like to give zero stars but it’s not an option. No one is ever available at this location so don’t expect to look at the units before deciding to use this location. I’ve heard from others that they tried to talk to someone at this location for a whole year before giving up! Don’t waste your time.
