Would give zero stars if that were an option. The manager is rarely on-site, does not return calls or messages in a timely manner, and repeatedly disregards documentation showing that customers already have their own insurance. Communication has been consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service with a storage facility. Ongoing billing issues, lack of responsiveness, and a negative attitude make this an extremely frustrating place to do business. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service or basic professionalism.

36th street Ankeny facility is clean and nice. Fairly priced so far. Mary the Manager is the nicest and most helpful person I've met. Thank you.

Very impressed with the storage Mart convenient to get into throughout the week and having climate control makes it so much better for your belongings. Mary was very helpful and it was always clean.
