I could give this place a zero star if I could. Very poor customer service. Except for when Kathy worked there. They entice you with a low rate then consistently increase the prices. Not safe. I had my storage locker broken into a month ago and items stolen. They claim they have cameras but they can’t figure out who did it. Look somewhere else if you value your property.

Very fast, reliable help and Jessie met our needs in a understanding and timely manner showing us what was important to know about the facility.

Both Jess and Kathy are excellent representatives of Storage-Mart by providing efficient and professional service. But most of all they are very nice and personable and made my rental experience such a pleasure. Thank you both.
