I really like this storage unit. I have used them for about 6 months and everything has been just great. I have 4 to 5 units just for me due to a recent move to the area. The very last storage unit I got was dirty with left over trash and no free lock. I really don't mind about the lock but the trash left over in a new storage unit was disappointing. I cleaned it out myself and went on with my day. The next day, I left a message on the voicemail and it has been about a week with no response. I will still use them because it's really close to my house but it's the little things that make it extra.

Top notch. Easy rental process. Good price. Friendly staff. Clear expectations. Wish it was 24 hour access but is what it is.
