I rent 3 units at 3 different places and have great experiences with all the staff. Though costly, I know my possessions are safe and secure.

Chris is an excellent manager.Very friendly and helpful. My complaint is about the unit. I rented a unit for about three years. After I moved most of my items were covered in mold and mildew due to the hole in the ceiling of my unit. Had to throw away a lot of items.

Excellent communication and customer service! You actually get personal phone calls to help with any questions or issues. Easy to deal with and easy to handle all business over the phone. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks Storagemax of Jackson, Ms!
