STORAGEMAX

The annual rate increases are steep here. Do not join for long term as you’ll be squeezed hard every year. Example: Summer 2022 to Summer 2023 was a 22.5% increase. Summer 2023 to Summer 2024 was a 17.5% increase. This was well after my “introductory rate” some years ago. Call around and you’ll find options to lock in better rates for longer time span but this STORAGEMAX will not negotiate with you. The facility was nice and access was easy. Some older review mentioned mice but I saw no signs of mice. I give that a 5 star but the inflation is egregious. Avoid.

I’ve been renting storage since 2013, I’ve been in three different businesses. They all have the same issues of having to make money. I use the storage to have my tools and some other things that I have no space in my apartment, it is not for a business so I don’t make money out of having an storage, having said that. The other two places didn’t have climate control in their units and many things went bad in those storages. So I decided to use a place that have clement control, so the rent is higher because of that. Now here at SorageMax I haven have an issue other then one time I forgot some tools outside by the parking area and because there are some thieves that rent units they stole them. But the stuff are super nice and they keep the place clean. The only problem that I have found at StorageMax is the other irresponsible and selfish people that rent units here that don’t clean after themselves. Other then that if you need an extra storage space for you things I highly recommend StorageMax.
