Greetings everyone, I have been storing with storage max for about two years I love this place. The staff is always willing to help and very polite and kind. I have been a tenant at one of the flex spaces in the front of the facility for over a year now. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Should be a 10 star business in reality. The facility manager, Kathy, is extremely pleasant and caring. She truly makes the facility what it is. You won’t get better customer service in this line of business anywhere. It’s been a pleasure conducting my daily affairs in a positive environment. Sam in ground/unit maintenance is always tentative and has been great to work with as well.

I rented 3 parkind spaced and a 10x unit for over a year. The lady who managed it when I started was great. There is a new person now, named Ashley, and she is absolutley horrible to deal with. Very poor communication and a snotty attitude. She's on a power trip. Be warned, if you cross her, she may treat you as poorly as she did me. Pulling everything out on 4/30/2023. Don't say you weren't warned if lease here.
