This storage facility is ridiculous. They lock you in the gates if you not out by 7pm and they DO NOT answer any calls. Had to call Avondale pd to be let out. Then with early access the sliding doors still be locked come on now. If I come at 8 doors shouldn’t still be locked if access is open at 7am.

Nice staff, clean storage areas, the process to rent was easy and streamlined, there are several carts to use to haul your items, and I appreciate the easy numbers for gate codes.
