I rented for 4 yrs.. when I came to collect my stuff. There was a hole in the ceiling and the unit was infected with rats. Everything was ruined. I COULDN'T get the last 3 rugs out.. They were full of rat feces and urine.. mildew from rain getting in unit. I took everything out but the 3 rugs.. which was unhealthy to even touch and they refused to even let me try and throw them away in their trash. Now trying to charge me 2 months back rent, when they should of maintained the building . I DID meet a fellow tenant, that brought the unit mext to mine on online auction, that was also infected with rat dropping.I Bet they didn't warn the units next to mine still.

Just started renting with the place and we are loving it! Thanks to the help at the front office Ricci Piccio 😎! She is the best in customer service, answered all our questions, and very polite, respectful, and professional! It’s all about the sales pitch to get customers in and she nailed it! Thank you again Ricci 😇

Stored my belongings years ago when I first came here to El Monte this facility was reasonable then others and it was close by the rate went up after the second month 1st month was free not sure what the rates are now but staff was respectful and courteous. All good luck because if anyone nose 👃 I would lucky and blessed I don't not have to rent one at this time but if I do I would go here Bye
