Incredibly displeased, I reserved a storage unit online and was prompted to enter my card information prior to getting to review the lease. Entered my card, reviewed the lease and decided against renting the unit due to a condition in the lease which I had not signed yet. Property manager claims that they can not refund me even though I never occupied the unit or signed the lease. I’ve rented many properties before and NEVER are you charged prior to reviewing or signing the lease.

While the price is competitive to other storage locations the customer service is not what it should be. My storage unit is on the second floor and the light switch for the unit has been broken for months. I've stopped in the office 3 seperate occasions to report the issue and ask that it be fixed. Each time I'm told they'll take care of it but they never do.

Its okay, and certainly reasonable. Especially considering many of the new houses in the area have reduced size two car garages🤦🏻‍♂️. You can't even get two cars in them let alone store anything. 🤷🏻‍♂️ There is no loading dock here. There really isn't even a place to park to unload a truck or trailer and bring your stuff inside. You're kind of just have to hope nobody else shows up while you're doing your thing. There's only a couple of carts available. The elevator is small and it's slow. It is climate controlled but it's not air conditioned. It's adequate and it serves its purpose. 😉
