Store It Wise at Westmoor

We were here to pick up our stuff it was a Saturday we were told to call the emergency number when we arrived and that we would be given a code to be led in to get our stuff and that we only had 6 hours with the truck. When we got here. We called multiple times. Been here since 9:30 a.m. it is now 10:30 a.m. we've been calling and calling and calling and calling and nobody answers this is really unprofessional and they need to get their stuff together. To top it off during our time of having our stuff here, our lot was broken into had multiple things broken. TV was stolen. I will never be putting my stuff here ever ever again.

Kim who runs the place is a great lady who works very hard and she will do everything she can to make sure her needs are met. She was amazingly kind to my family and I and, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family if I need to store anything! Thanks again Kim. :D -Garrett Phillips aka G-Philly

Go to Guardian for storage and anywhere else for a U-haul. Kim’s inability to perform the easiest tasks is baffling. If she spent less time decorating the office and more time answering the phone would be a great start.
