Store Space Self Storage

Well I never had a issue with this storage. But when my payment didn’t come out at the first of the yr I was out of state. And when I got back was late Saturday I woke up a few days later and for 41 days they charged me $433 I’m sorry I get that it might be a late fee but two more then double it is just not rite. Idc who you are. And it’s not like u can fight it because ur stuff is there. She said that the late fee was 20% I get that but to add another $100 bucks on there isn’t rite. And anyone that wants to put ur stuff in this storage should really think about it. Because anything can happen and unless u want to pay the ridiculous fee like i had to i would find somewhere else to put ur stuff. I called around and I can’t find another storage company that has fees like this… the bill is $99 a month is what they tell u and it can only be auto pay. I guess so tha they can say it didn’t come out in time so the can charge u all this money. Well we had more then enough money in the account for this to come out. And I might have caught it is I wasn’t dealing with family emergency out of town. I just feel they kick u when ur down. Please think about it before u come to this facility. You will regret it I promise u that.

I stopped by yesterday to inquire about a unit I'll be needing come January. Seth was incredibly helpful, gave me a tour of the facility and went over the whole process with me. I will definitely be choosing Store Space!

Fantastic customer service! I came into inquire about rates and Seth and Kayla were so kind and helpful and QUICK!!! I left with no further questions and hopeful about getting a unit in the future!
