To Pedro Figueroa, it's not they are fault if you can't remember a four-digit gate number which is usually the last four numbers of your phone number. Also you admitted that you had bed bugs in your stuff and that's from you not them their storage units don't carry bed bugs or bugs people bring them in their stuff from where they lived. This is the least expensive storage unit in the whole state of Rhode Island give them credit they have a lot of work to do and they are trying their best to keep the place up and running and inexpensive for us poor people in Pawtucket in Central Falls. Please don't blame them for problems you could have discussed with them. You're giving them a bad name and they don't deserve one and Roy is an awesome guy he helps everybody with everything. He is the guy that works at the desk. He's nothing but kind professional an overly caring. He takes his job seriously around he's not playing games. Whoever hired him did a great job. STORE SPACE IN CENTRAL FALLS RI RULES!!!! #1, A+++++. They also have a very clean public restroom. You should be grateful they have a nice clean restroom for the patrons. This is not usually offered in other storage spaces although it should be.

Nice, out going staff who was out going to awnser any questions or keep customers up to date. Clean storages with high security constisting of voice and video serveilance input or output. Highly secure with two entry points including a deadlift elevetor, or dock for easy loading or unloading. Convienent ways to pay for a website or in person. Quiet enviroment with spectaular hours and affortability. Ive been a customer for 3 months. Very convient location as well within bus route of Walmart, laundry mat, and shops.
