Store Space Self Storage

Fantastic customer service. Shauntai didn't just treat me with respect but she did the same with everyone in line while I waited. I've had many units in the past and I worked with a lot of storage facilities, but this one out ranks the others just because of how we've been treated.

Ok, I had to delete my original post and do a new review since ive been at this place for several months. When I first Started using storage space it was clean and customer service was really good, but it has gone downhill since. I've had mice in my storage that have ruin some of my crafting materials, one time when I opened the door to come into the storage facility. I seen two mice running across the floor. The inside stays dirty with trash and food, People stuff from their storage laying around everywhere. Everytime I go in there, storage doors have been kicked in. And its been like this for months. I've been told by A nearby business that there may be people living in the storage. Because they see them going in at one and two o'clock in the morning and not coming out. Then let's not talk about the outside, its just as bad and no one, I mean no one ever answers the phone, but they wanna jack my payment up by $30! Went from paying $110 to $140. The place is just unsafe and unkept. Do not rent from them because clearly we're not of importance to them

SHAUNTAI is absolutely amazing. I had left my storage unit open over the weekend and she noticed as she was kind enough to call and let me know immediately. I was on my way home and it was so convenient. She honestly saved all of my stuff with her amazing attention to detail and wonderful professional customer service. You have a customer for life!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
