I didn’t add the 5 stars only because my children and I had to go grab our things at 1 o’clock in the a.m. and there is no access between 9pm and 6am. That’s sort of inconvenient. But overall easy access and easy, quick and convenient process. Great representative at the facility as well!

Great customer service; the property manager recently helped me out with a lock that I had lost the key to. She was very nice and personable. The storage facility is clean and well kept and very secure. She personally went above and beyond to enforce additional security for my storage unit after a suspicious person was seen on property attempting to mess with units. Highly recommend this facility and they have reasonable rates with clean storage units.

I have only had my unit for about 5 days so as of now everything is ok. Standard service with no issues. If anything changes I will update my review.
