I appreciate the swift customer service and assistance when a clerical error arose with my unit. The representative was very helpful and friendly. Mistakes happen all the time and the way he handled was very reassuring.

Rented a unit online and when we showed up to check it out, there happened to be a beam in the center of it, which would have made it hard to fit all of our things. Joseph was very helpful and showed us multiple different units that were available and could fit our needs, and price matched the first unit. He was really friendly and helpful!

I have had unit here in the past and the facilities and staff were very nice and helpful, which is why I came back now that I need another storage. Just like before the building is still very nice and clean, and the staff at the front were very accommodating in helping me get my unit set up! I do recommend.
