Their roof leaked and damaged some of my stuff. Their app to get in and out of the unit was buggy and I had to delete and reinstall twice just to get into my unit. The pricing is ok, but it fluctuates greatly and if you don't time it right you could overpay by $20-$50 a month for the same size unit. Overall a decent place if your unit doesn't leak, you can deal with technical issues and you got a good deal on pricing. You can sign a lease, move in and move out without ever having to meet with someone which is convenient.

Appreciate the fast and prompt service at Storage Ease and the price! Jalen was very helpful in assisting getting the right unit and our specific area at the location. Like setup the Lobby with seeing the unit sizes and location map.

It was quite a wonderful experience, only being there for one month, and the people are so very friendly and helpful and quite a unique way of doing business. I would like to especially thank, Baylee, Benjamin, Jalen, Bailee, Eli, and Austin! They were quite key to the exemplary customer service and made things so simple and easy even with the confusion of the battery dying in my units lock. The explanation and the tutoring of the service person was above and beyond great service!! Thank you all very much!! Robert Thomas
