StoreEase Self Storage

Only giving 3* due to the security and cameras everywhere. Otherwise it would be a 1*. It's exactly what you expect. Storage. Only issue is that it's all webcam or phone to speak to someone. No one is ever in the office. I've had multiple issues getting in with the key fab they give. Even the app glitches out sometimes.

I've been at this facility for about 6 months. They just got new owners and I hadn't been there since before then. When I went to my unit, it was a quick and easy experience and easy to get setup with the new system and app. The virtual manager that helped me was awesome and so helpful. I was going to leave because they upped the price for my unit. But, My belongings feel more secure now than they did with the previous owners. I will be staying here instead of going somewhere else.
