Excellent service. I’m truly grateful for both Joneé and Julia. They made the process very smooth. Despite it being in rainy, their willingness to show me the space before renting was what sealed the deal for me. The promotions are also a plus. The terms were very clear and simple to navigate and read through. Thank you for being kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a rental space. 11/10

This place is awesome! The staff are really helpful, warm and friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained and the restrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen. Prices are reasonable and customer service is outstanding. The rental process was quick and easy and the atmosphere is light-hearted. We needed to rent a second unit and it ended up being all the way on the other side from our first one so Mike allowed us to switch to one directly across the hall for our convenience. If I could give 10 stars I would! I definitely recommend this place if you need a storage.
