Storland - Visalia

Storland Visalia Five stars all day. Moving storage units is usually a nightmare but this place made it ridiculously easy. After paying an absolutely painful amount at my old storage I found this location in town and it was a total win. I tried reserving online and they called me back immediately to help me finish everything up. No runaround no attitude just straight up helpful. When I moved in the next day the girl working there went above and beyond. She was kind patient and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. She answered all my questions helped me through the process and made what could have been a stressful move feel easy and honestly kind of pleasant which is rare. If you want a storage place with great customer service and people who actually care this is it. I’m so glad I switched and I’d recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. Total lifesaver and a breath of fresh air. Again thank you very much Alejandra.

During heavy rain I mistakenly left my cell phone inside the unit. Alejandra quickly assisted me by contacting headquarters for assistance, and had the wherewithal to point out that my Apple watch would open the locked unit! She's amazing! :)

The staff here are friendly, helpful, and informative. This place is more high-tech than I’m used to, and I love it. Access to the gate and your locker is controlled through an App. I noticed that you can still add a physical lock if you want the added security. So far, I’m a fan. The location is perfect for me, too. Very close to home. That applies only to me though. I would recommend this place to anyone.
