Suzy is a wonderful staff member at Storquest. She gave me a lot of information and was patient with me. It was the best experience I ever had when getting a storage unit. She is a great staff member and Storquest is lucky to have her an employee. I'm very happy with my decision to rent from here. While it may not be the most visible location compared to others, once you arrive it’s clear how secure, well maintained, and professionally run it is. What truly sets this storage facility apart is the management. The level of care, organization, and customer service here is outstanding. It’s evident that a lot of effort goes into making sure customers feel safe, supported, and confident about storing their belongings and it shows in the condition of the property and the overall experience. This location proves that strong management and dedication make a real difference, regardless of location. I had a great experience with the storage manager. she is truly a huge help! She does her job with professionalism and efficiency, and she’s always incredibly friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and kind. Highly recommend!
