5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience today resolving a billing issue, thanks to Nicole. Even though she’s new, she was incredibly calm, patient, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to thoroughly look into the problem, made the necessary correction in the system, and even apologized on behalf of the company (despite it not being her fault at all). Her professionalism and accountability were truly refreshing. She also kindly connected me with the district manager, Jeff, who listened to my concerns and helped bring everything to a smooth resolution. Thank you, Nicole, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. Outstanding customer service!
