3 stars because when I spoke to someone the customer service was decent, also when I arrived the grounds looked well kept. I DID NOT rent from here because when I got there on Saturday at 10:40am they were closed until 11:30am after opening at 9am. They had called me a few times throughout the week but I got sidetracked spring cleaning, moving etc. I was disappointed ...I ended going elsewhere and Im paying more but I didn't have time to drive back over to this location at a later time. The open sign was not on and there were no vehicles in the parking lot so Im pretty sure its safe to say they were not around the facility. I would have thought on a Saturday someone would have been onsite.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this storage facility. From the start, the service has been exceptional, especially thanks to Chris, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and hassle-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. The facility itself is secure and reliable. With 24/7 access and a gated entry, I always feel confident that my belongings are safe. I’ve had no issues with vandalism or safety concerns, which gives me great peace of mind. The grounds are well-maintained, and everything operates exactly as it should. Overall, this storage facility delivers both excellent customer service and top-notch security. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of dependable and worry-free storage.

Chris was at the counter when I walked in. I informed him that I had a reservation and that I spoke with someone named Blake when I called to talk to the facility via the phone number I called in maps directly. He said I must have talked to a call canter person and that I had received incorrect information. Anyhow we discussed the storage unit I had reserved (a 10’ x 10’) and he proceeded to tell me about a 8 x 10 that had outside access that would save me $4 a month. He took myself and my 10 yr old daughter with h on the golf cart to show me the units. We arrived at his suggested unit that had outside access and when he opened the doors there were some water/rust marks on the outer swing doors that were on the unit. He mentioned a new floor being put down and I asked about the water damage on the doors. He said it was from a long time ago as there isn’t any issues with water getting into the units! We then went to the other unit I had reserved I it was a better choice so we got on the golf cart and went back to the office to do the paperwork. I asked about insurance and he said I could use my own as long as he received a declaration page now via email. I said that was fine. I proceeded to ask for all the details of unit number etc so I could update them on my policy to reflect the correct information on the declaration page. He had placed a business card on the counter for my use when I was ready to email him the final document. I started to enter all the info and he said I needed to hurry up. I was trying to be courteous and ask if I was keeping him from anything else he need to get done before closing and he said no. I said ok. He then told me again no nothing to do I just needed to hurry and do this now like right now. I didn’t understand the urgency all of a sudden so again I asked if I was keeping him. He then proceeded to tell me that I had a bad attitude and that this wasn’t going to work. Mins you my 10 yr old is standing here the whole time. He removed two cups of pens that weee sitting on the desk as he told me to leave and that he wasn’t going to rent to me and I said why did he move the pens as if I were going to seal them from him or something! He told me that he moved them because he didn’t want anything thrown at him!!!!! Excuse me but why on earth would I throw anything first of all….. anyhow by this point he was cursing at me in front of my daughter who was about to have a panic attack! I asked for his name again and the name of his district manager whom I was told is Nick. I asked for a number or business card and was told to take a picture of the 800 number on a box to get a hold of him. He stated he would be sending an email to him immediately to let him know about me and my bad attitude and then proceeded to call the cops on me for what I’m not sure!!! I escorted my daughter out of the office and sat in my car to try to calm her down before I called the number on the box to be touted to the call center and transferred to the district manager, Nick. The number was a google voice number that was never answered and so I left a voicemail. We’ll see how this all pans out but I doubt it will go any better than it already hasn’t. Not to mention that I am now without a storage unit at a price I can afford and I’ve already made arrangements to move out of my other u it by tomorrow at a different facility!!!!! Renters beware—-DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY——- the price might be inviting but definitely not worth the humiliation and stress caused to myself and especially my daughter . And sorry to the Arapaho’s county sheriffs or the centennial police department if you had to respond to this idiots call!
