We just moved to Chula Vista and needed extra storage. We came to storequest and Kimberly was amazing! Gave all the information. The different prices and showed us the different storages. She was very professional and courteous! We signed up and they also offer active duty military discounts. Thank you for all the information and the storage units and building is super clean! Btw we ended up going back to upgrade experience has been great!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I HAD A CREDIT CARD CHANGE & SO THE AUTO PAY DIDNT CHARGE. I PAID MY ACCOUNT AND THEY REMOVED EXTENDED HOURS, WE WORK AN 8-5. NO NOTICE PROVIDED, NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DOUBLED OUR RENT PRACTICALLY CHARGING US GOR THE “free month”.THE INDIVIDUAL ON PHONE WAS RUDE. YOU NEED LIKE 10 codes to get in. CHECK OUT OTHER OPTIONS. WE HAD, A1 storage off of H street & much better service.
