Josefina was very professional and attentive to my questions and guided me through the whole process to make sure I felt good about the unit that I was getting. It was very busy at the time that I was there and she gave her attention to everyone that acknowledged her. Would recommend.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and welcoming. Josephina offered several options to see what our priorities were and how best meet our needs. We are looking forward to getting our storage moved in next week. She took care of everything including setting up the closing of our current storage at a different StorQuest location.

I have be renting storage units at this location since it opened. My wife and I love the space, and both Josephina and Josh have been great to work with. We recently needed to get into a new unit, but didn’t have much time to do so. Josephina dropped what she was doing and worked with me to find the right space to fit my budget, so that we could start setting up shelves right away. Best place in the desert !!!
