Lorena is the best employee, she was extremely helpful when helping rent a storage unit last month she showed me several options to get a better idea of what size I actually needed. She is super friendly and has patience when asking a million questions. I only like working with her if I need to speak to anyone cause other staff can be very rude, I have rented a unit for over 5 years and had to recently upgrade, so I have delt with different staff including the manager who is extremely rude. So ask for Lorena for the best customer service. I gave 4 stars cause the other staff are rude & there are no lights in the units so I keep a lantern in mine cause it can be dark.

LORENA is an amazing asset to this location. She's welcoming, friendly, professional informative and very heartfelt. Thanks StorQuest and thanks Lorena for making things work so well.
