Juan was especially helpful — he was professional, patient, and made what’s already a stressful move feel a lot easier. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before I left. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe and reliable place to store your belongings!

Juan was very helpful in getting me set up with a 5x5’. He was clear about how to access the unit, hours, security, lock system, insurance, etc. I appreciate the thorough introduction to having a storage unit and it’s nice to know such a helpful and detail oriented person is managing the location.
