Very negative experience when we came here last time the lady at the desk was rude as all heck. Very disrespectful. And even had the nerve to tell us we couldn’t unload in the loading zone right out front of the business. Instead made us park a decent distance away from the front door with a piano. Not only was she rude she was terrible at her job. This company should be very disappointed. In the way the employee at the front desk carry themselves. We recommend a lot of business to various storage units but this one in particular I will never ever ever recommend anyone use. Absolutely terrible customer service (I do believe the lady was different today than the last time we were here for a client) but I feel the need to share the light about the last experience. Fire that lady asap. No one should have to deal with that. Moving is stressful as is. No need to add to it.

Very professional. The manager, I think his name is Robbie, keeps on top of the maintenance. Perhaps the best strange facility I have used in Reno. Definitely recommend

Angela was very quick, helpful, and friendly. I have never rented a storage unit and was surprised how simple and smooth it all went. Place is very nice and air controlled (indoor units).
