I’ve had an excellent experience with this storage facility! From the moment I arrived, Jennifer was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the property feels safe at all hours. I also appreciate the convenient access hours and how easy it is to pull in, load, and unload without any hassle. Jennifer’s customer service truly stands out—professional, responsive, and always willing to assist with any questions. The pricing is fair, and I feel confident knowing my belongings are stored in a reliable place. I also met Anaise briefly, and she also made me feel like I chose the right place. I highly recommend this storage location to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and trustworthy storage solution!

Yenifer & her co-worker Anise (sp?🤔) we're both terrific to work with. Highly professional, answered every question very knowledgeably, and had very pleasant demeanors. I was a particularly challenging customer because I made a lot of changes and my timeline kept being altered, but they were always pleasant and accommodating.

I must honestly say that I am disappointed. Folks for years have hidden their Carts in their Storage Places overnight and/or for days (also called THEFT). The way StorQuest has solved this problem is by making the carts completely unavailable after office hours (the carts are completely locked up) - which means the ONLY way you can get a cart is to come by during Business Hours (when myself and most other folks are working - i.e. you have to take time off of work if you want to get a cart) - UNLESS - you want to buy your own personal cart. It is unreasonable for a storage place to make folks buy their own personal cart especially given the rents StorQuest is charging. The easy solution would be to put GPS trackers (like Apple Tags) on all the Carts and if they catch someone with a Cart locked in their Storage Unit - StorQuest can lock up that unit and charge the Thief three times their monthly rent to get access again. If the Cart Stealers do it again they should lock up their unit, close their account and make them pay Five (5) Times their monthly rent to get their items back otherwise auction their stuff off. We should really stop catering to thieves and problem causers and making the honest, rule abiding folks that follow the rules pay for their sins.
