StorQuest Self Storage

My visit with StorQuest was very pleasant. Jeff was helpful and informative with my new storage unit. He was thorough with going over and explaining the contract. Overall great customer service.

Had stora quest in vallejo ca on Magazine street for about two and half years. I had the worst experience at this storage facility with theif, which some tenants and myself believing it's a inside Job and continueos Rat infestation in their storages and constant rent increases every 1st of the year so please read the fine print of a fee of $29 or 39.00 added to bill. I was sooooo relieved to move all of my belongings out on 2/04/26. Most of my belongings was not salvageable like my couches, mattresses were eaten thru from the Rat infestation and my clothing were covered in rat feus as well. They ate thru my boxes that were sealed and got into my wooden dressers. I'm giving you a Warning ⚠️ if you value your belongings and want to keep some extra $$ in your pocket do not rent from this storage facility.

The place is Very clean, very informative and helpful, I met Tabatha that was working in front desk and she was very friendly and her customer service was excellent! I’ve been renting a storage here for almost 6 months and I have no complaints. One of the things I really appreciate is that there are no rats, no smell and the building itself has air conditioning which is really good for the summer. Overall 10/10 experience. Thank you Tabatha for the help!!!! Would recommend!!
