I’ve had storage units at a few different places over the years, but I’ve never had customer service like this. The manager, Brendan, is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the people renting here. He answered all my questions with patience, walked me through the rental process, and made sure I got the best unit for my needs. The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I feel super confident storing my things here knowing it’s being managed by someone this responsible and attentive. Highly recommend!

Recently, I was going through the most stressful time in my life and needed storage immediately. While shopping around I came across Stow-A-Way mini storage in San Rafael. They're clean, and I know my things are secure. Their deals are great, and the staff that I met with was amazing. The manager, Eva, was so kind and compassionate. She not only cares about this place, she cares about you!
