Summit Self Storage - Eastwood

Everything was great until the move out process. I selected a move out date 10 days into the month and they want to charge me for the entire month. That is ridiculous, why even offer a move out date in the middle of the month then? So you can double dip and rent my unit out when I also had to pay for it? Also their customer service is HORRIBLE, I tried calling 5 times over the course of two days about it and got no answer. Would never rent from one of their locations again

It started out on the wrong foot with not getting gate access and I ended up sending my help away and unloading it all myself. However, after they fixed that issue I would give it 5 stars. The phone app works nice. I feel safe when I'm there. It's well maintained and the unit was clean and dry. I would recommend them.

Good location for me. Looks neat, clean and secure every time I've been up there. Price is pretty darn good, but location was #1. Doing some major remodel for next several months and the Unit took A LOT OF STUFF out of the way so we can work in rooms & garage.
