Eric Beach is a great landlord and if there ever is a problem he takes care of it immediately. Love the 24 Hour access to my storage unit. Has camera's all over the facility and very well lit at night.

Great place . I met with Eric & let him know I had a car I needed to store for 6-8 weeks while I returned to Illinois. He told me just let him know when I knew my return date and it was an easy process to meet him with the keys and leave the car. When I was set to return, I texted him and he had the car waiting for me upon return upfront by the gate. He let me know my low tire pressure light was on when he texted back so I wasn’t surprised when I arrived. He also let me know there was an area a mile or so away where there were a few used tires places who could add air and help me for a few bucks, which I did when I left. Thank you Eric for all your help and great service. Will return if I need storage again
