Supreme Storage & RV Repair

I was really on the fence about writing this review. As a general rule, I only leave reviews for positive experiences, but I'm making an exception in this case because well, yikes! Important note: Tim is very friendly, and I could tell he really wants to provide excellent work and service. This review is in no way meant to shame or embarrass him or his team. I'm hoping it will illuminate some areas that could use improvement, and, in the meantime, help Winnebago owners find a more appropriate place to take their RVs. I brought my 2024 Winnebago View in to investigate a leak, to have the roof inspected, and to get an oil change. The results: The oil was overfilled, the leak investigation did not diagnose the issue, and the roof inspection resulted in a well-intentioned but incorrect critique of the former roof inspection I had performed at a different RV shop that specializes in Winnebagos. I spent about $700 after Tim knocked a little off the price for me (again, he's very friendly, and I think he truly has good intentions and wants to offer excellent service; I really do). My basic conclusion is that Supreme RV is not familiar with Winnebago Views. That's completely okay. No judgment. There are so many RVs out there, and they're changing all the time. My complaint is that if a shop is not familiar with something and therefore doesn't know what's normal, what the oil capacity is (my vehicle was overfilled by at least a quart and a half, which doesn't seem like a huge deal, but that does mean I 1. was overcharged for the oil and 2. had to get it fixed before I could drive my RV), how to inspect the roof (I'm not sure what happened here; Supreme Storage said they found a crack in the fiberglass, but I did not find one and the shop I ended up taking it to after Supreme Storage also didn't find one), or how to find a leak without simply running water over the top of the RV (the shop I ended up taking it to after Supreme Storage was able to find the leak easily using a different method), please don't offer those services and charge money for them. ^That's a little hard to follow with my asides and details, so to summarize: Please don't offer services you can't provide. I'll bet Supreme Storage is great with other RVs and other issues. (The storage aspect of the business looks secure!) Unfortunately, they're just not currently the place to take Winnebago Views. I wish that wasn't the case and I wasn't writing this review, but after $700 spent at Supreme Storage and another $800 to have the same work essentially repeated at another shop, plus the Lyfts to and from and the pet sitter for my trip down to the other shop, which is excellent but far away (hence my interest in Supreme Storage in the first place; I was trying to stay closer to home for what I thought were simpler RV fixes), I spent a significant amount of money--and time--and I don't want that to happen to another RV owner.

This is a terrific place to both store your camper or motorhome and have it winterized or maintained. They use high quality video surveillance and do a great job on the maintenance side. I highly recommend them for both storage and service of recreational vehicles.

They were amazing used them for the winter season since we can’t park on the street! Out of the 6 months my trailer was only blocked by snow twice and they had some one out the same day to get the snow moved 10/10 would recommend and definitely using them next season if spots are available (pic of one of the times when the snow was so high they fixed it same day when i came to grab it no one can control the weather but they sure did a good job managing it)
