Sycamore Self Storage - A Minify Location

Units are locked if payment is 20 days late. Okay 30 days would make more sense, but no big deal. But after the balance is paid off, unit is still locked for almost 3 weeks for no reason and you have to call multiple times to figure out why it’s still locked (no one knows why) and when it will be unlocked (no one knows when either because they have to wait for the owner to call back).

We have had various storage units for the past 30 years. This is the first company that has returned our calls or texts quickly. They appear to be managed very well. And we appreciate that very much. With all the new storage building being built, we hope Sycamore Storage will maintain their reasonable price.

Minify took over and price per unit went up $30/month. A lot of people have moved out, and for good reason. If you go one month behind, expect almost $100 in late fees. Minify is run by crooks who don't care one iota for your personal situation. They'll just pile on fees, no matter the situation. No understanding for me being in a motorcycle accident and having financial issues. They'll stick it to you regardless. Would not recommend to anyone...stay away from this one
