THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. MULTIPLE DAYS, MULTIPLE TRIES. I now rented a unit 10 minutes further from home but I don't care --- at least the place i picked answers the phone and when i need something, I get the local person not some call center.

It was great! It did what we needed it to do for the 6 months that we were there. Jackie was very invested and interested in making sure that we had a good experience with them. Price was great as well.
