I stored my RV there since 2021. Never really had a problem until I paid two pmts thru the pmt portal. Which as of Feb 2026 I see is no longer on the home page. Even showing the office my bank stmts they didn’t believe me. Terrible customer service. Derek in the office is no help. They save bank info on the computer and will take your money without your authorization. There are much nicer and cheaper places in Hemet to store your RV.
