Texas Self Storage

The property isn't set up very well in my opinion with the units on the right side of the entrance gate going up this steep concrete incline which makes it a little difficult for some to maneuver. There is only one entrance into the lot which can make for one heck of a chore if you have to turn around with a big trailer. It's located right behind a carwash which isn't a big deal, but if you're not familiar with the area you could very easily miss it. Compared to other storage facilities this one is way way overpriced and I was very disappointed in that myself. I actually have a friend that rented one of these units prior to me trying them and he got the same exact size unit as me, but for some strange reason his unit only costed him right around $80/month and mine is costing me over $146. Same size but mine is on the right up that damn steep hill and his was on the right where it is relatively flat just very tight to get a trailer around the corner. This place wouldn't be a bad place at all if the price was lowered to match the other competitors in the area. Some of which are even climate controlled unlike this one which is not climate controlled. I would recommend this place if they ever drop the price or if it's a last resort. It wouldn't ever be my first, sec, third, fourth, or fifth pick.

Been a pretty good place for a lot of years.
